Candidate : Bonjour, je vais bien, merci. C’est un plaisir d’être ici.
Recruteuse : Parfait. Avant de commencer, est-ce que vous pourriez vous présenter brièvement et me parler un peu de votre parcours professionnel ?
Candidate : Bien sûr. Je m’appelle Marie Sanchez, et j’ai travaillé dans le domaine du marketing digital pendant les cinq dernières années. J’ai commencé ma carrière en tant qu’assistante marketing dans une agence de publicité, où j’ai été impliquée dans la gestion des campagnes publicitaires en ligne pour plusieurs clients. J’ai utilisé une combinaison de ciblage précis, de contenu engageant et d’analyse des données pour optimiser la campagne et atteindre nos objectifs.
Recruteuse : C’est impressionnant. Comment est-ce que vous gérez le stress et les délais serrés dans votre travail ?
Candidate : Je suis habituée à travailler dans des environnements dynamiques où les délais sont souvent serrés. Pour gérer le stress, je fais en sorte de bien planifier mes tâches, de rester organisée et de communiquer de manière efficace avec mon équipe.
